Terms of Service – Polar Bear Coffee Roasters

These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.
2. Payment
Payment can be made using Vipps, credit/debit cards, or any other payment methods listed in the online store.
The payment amount is charged when the order is confirmed. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment solutions provided by our payment partners.
3. Delivery
We ship to all of Norway using Posten/Bring or another selected carrier.
Standard delivery time is 4-6 business days from the time the order is processed.
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information or circumstances outside our control.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and undamaged goods. Food products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken are not eligible for withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify us clearly by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns must be approved by us before the product is sent back.
5. Returns
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received.
Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
6. Complaints and Claims
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, you may file a claim in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Claims must be submitted in writing as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.
We will attempt to correct the issue, deliver a replacement product, or provide a refund where appropriate.
7. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all conflicts amicably between the parties.
If no agreement is reached, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or ordinary courts.
All disputes are governed by Norwegian law, with Trondheim District Court as the legal venue.
