Farmers deliver cherries grown at elevations up to 2,200 meters above sea level, ideal conditions for slow maturation and the development of clarity and sweetness in the cup. The fully washed process emphasizes structure and clean acidity while allowing the coffee’s natural sweetness to come forward.
