Description
This washed lot comes from smallholder farmers in Halo Beriti, a village in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, and was processed by Bemen Coffee at the Gedeb Banko Taratu washing station. It is a classic Yirgacheffe: elegant, floral and full of fruit.
Grown at 2,100–2,300 meters above sea level, the coffee develops a delicate and aromatic profile. In the cup, it shows ripe peach, bergamot and honey, with a bright, juicy acidity, a tea-like elegance and a smooth, clean finish.
A light and fragrant coffee that is perfect for a calm morning brew or an afternoon pour-over.
