This washed microlot from Mario Flores’ farm Los Ocotillos in Masaguara, Honduras is our Easter coffee- a vibrant and expressive cup chosen for the sunny spring season.

Grown at around 1,800 meters above sea level, the coffee develops a complex and fruit-forward profile. In the cup, it shows sweet red fruit, dark berry jam and rhubarb, with a jammy, wine-like character and a long, lingering finish.

A bright and lively coffee that pairs perfectly with slow mornings and fresh spring days during Easter.
