This washed coffee comes from the Ayacucho Collective, a group of sixteen families farming in the mountains of Ancco, near Cusco. Their farms sit between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by native shade trees, fertile volcanic soils, and views over the Apurímac River valley.

The producers work with traditional Andean farming practices, using careful fieldwork and shade-grown systems that help protect the soil and support slow, even cherry development. Harvest takes place from May to September, with careful cherry selection across the collective.

In the cup, this coffee is soft, sweet, and composed. Expect milk chocolate, plum, dark jam, and raisin-like fruit, supported by gentle florals and a caramel sweetness that gives the cup a rounded, lingering finish.

A balanced Peruvian coffee with depth and comfort—well suited for filter brewing.
